History
ICC was established in 1969 to manufacture hand knotted and hand tufted carpets to distributors and retailers suitable for the international market. In 1990, ICC expanded its product portfolio by building a custom rug manufacturing capability. It further expanded its product range to include handloom carpet manufacturing for making both broadloom carpeting and rugs.
Today
Today ICC's customers include wholesale importers, distributors, retail stores across North America, Europe and Australia. Its installations of its custom rugs line goes across hotels, embassies and palaces across Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Japan, Sri Lanka, Nepal and most countries across Europe and North America.
Systems
To facilitate the prompt processing of customer orders, ICC has implemented a customized order processing software which takes care of recording and tracking the customer orders, generation of work orders to the factory and updation of order execution status. Each carpet production and delivery status is updated weekly on the cloud for clear & transparent production monitoring.
